Why bother designing your own gadgets if you have companies like Apple already doing that for you? I got to give it to them though, they did rotate the controls 90 degrees counterclockwise compared to the previous generation Apple Shuffle and it does actually make sense if you use the clip on the backside. You still need to supply your own memory in the form of a MicroSD/TF card up to 8GB. The Shuffle clone also doesn’t have a shuffle mode, so you’re out of luck if you’re craving for randomly played music. But, at $7.51/€4.99 from DealExtreme with free worldwide shipping, this might very well be the cheapest MP3 player available, beating the previously cheapest player almost by a dollar.
